What if I get into a dispute with Zones? You agree that you will not sue, but ‘arbitrate’ the dispute in Atlanta, Georgia and appeal the arbitration in an Atlanta court.
Which privacy laws does Zones follow? You agree to obey US privacy laws.
How much is my data is retained? Your age, address, and phone number. Your messages are temporarily stored both on Zones servers and on all recipients’ devices. Zones doesn’t guarantee that the message will be deleted in any timeframe. Zones also can’t guarantee that the recipients haven’t copied your message.
How does Zones use my data? To improve its service and “Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.” It will also use that information-in combination with information it gets from other websites or companies-to be able to
Is my data deleted if I delete my account? Zones can retain your information for an unknown period of time. Even if you delete your account, anything you’ve sent from Zones could still be stored or used.
What user data does Zones collect from me? Time, date, location, number of messages, and your device’s unique identifiers. Zone’s webpage may collect your browser type, IP address, which pages you viewed and when, and which webpage you just visited.
What can I do if I have a problem? You may not take Zones or its associates to court over any problems, uploaded content, for violating Zone’s terms or another’s rights.
Who owns and can use my content? You own your content, but Zones uses it any way it wants to if your privacy settings allow anyone to see your content.
Where does my data go? To U.S. servers.
Who can see my data? Other users (including vendors, consultants and service providers) can see your username and the usernames of people you message. Zones may also share your information with government and police. Analytics services may use technologies to collect information about your use of Zones and other websites. They may collect your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, location and Zones conversations.
Objectionable content: You are not permitted to or agree not to post any user content to application platform that is or could be interpreted to be (i) abusive, bullying, defamatory, harassing, harmful, hateful, inaccurate, shocking, threatening, unlawful, violent, vulgar or in violation of any applicable law(including but not limited to the law related to speech) or (ii) promoting any product, service, goods, discrimination, hatred, intolerance, pornography, child abuse, racism or inciting violence (including suicide)(Collectively Objectionable Content)
Posting of any objectionable content may subject you to third party claims and none of the rights guaranteed to you in this EULA may be raised as defence against any claim arising from your posting. You also agree not to use this application for any illegal or unlawful purposes. If you encounter any objectionable content on the application, you can flag the user with reason and Zones administrator will block that third party. For any other complaints please send email to email@example.com. You acknowledge and agree that Zones App provides you with the ability to report objectionable content and block user as a courtesy and Zones App has no obligation to remove or take any other action with respect to any objectionable content on application that you report to us. However, Zones App in its sole discretion may take any actions it deems necessary and/or appropriate against any user who posts objectionable content on application platform including and not limited to warning the user, suspending or terminating user account, removing all the user content posted on application platform and/or reporting the user to law enforcement or other authorities either directly or indirectly.
